Ryan Nguyen, the owner of 68 Café, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “That’s definitely going to help us quite a bit.”
Nguyen noted that since the announcement, his café has already seen an increase in foot traffic from office workers returning to the area. This trend is expected to continue as more employees transition back to in-person work. Local business owners are hopeful that the return of federal workers will not only boost their sales but also revitalize the community atmosphere that has been lacking during the remote work era.
